The 48-Hour Window

  • Inspect your order within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Any issues must be reported within this time frame.
  • Requests after 48 hours are automatically rejected.

  • Continuous & uncut unboxing video.
  • Clear photography of product, packaging, and defect.
  • Requests without BOTH will be rejected.

Eligible Claims

  • Product received is damaged
  • Product is defective
  • Wrong item delivered
  • Size, color, or style preference (if applicable)

Restricted Claims

  • Change of mind
  • Minor variations (lighting/display)
  • Used, washed, or altered products
  • Missing original tags or packaging
  • Claims raised after 48 hours

Strict Compliance Required

Edited, unclear, cropped, or incomplete media files will be automatically rejected by our verification team.

Review Process

Requests are reviewed within 24–48 hours. Approval depends on proof verification. Decisions are final.

Abuse Prevention

Accounts with repeated or suspicious requests may be restricted. Fraudulent claims result in suspension.

Refunds & Replacements

Refunds processed to original payment method. Replacements subject to stock availability.
